You Can Still Have A Mojito On Keto

After going on my first cruise in 2014 I learned how delicious Mojito’s are. Ever since then, I order one when given the opportunity. But of course they are full of sugar!

But not anymore…thanks to this recipe, Mojito’s are now part of a low carb diet!


1 lime, cut into 4 wedges
8 fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup white rum
2 Tablespoons Stevia
ice cubes
Club Soda

Combine lime wedges, mint, and stevia in the bottom of a pint glass. Use a muddler or bottom of a mixing spoon to crush mint, stevia and lime. Add ice, rum, and top off with club soda.
