So you are currently kicking yourself in the ass for forgetting to thaw your Thanksgiving Turkey. Or…your family sprung a surprise holiday visit at the last minute.
This post will save the day!
To determine the amount of time your frozen turkey needs to cook, increase the thawed time by 50%. Example, 4hrs turns into 6hrs.
Preheat your oven to 325 and place the turkey in a roasting pan and cook for 2 hours.
After 2hrs, remove the turkey and see if you can get the giblet bag out. If not check every 20 minutes until you can remove the bag.
Once the bag is removed, add your stuffing, flavoring, or basting.
Cook until deepest part of thigh reaches 170.
Upon removing from oven cover and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.

Just make sure you baste and add flavoring to keep the turkey from getting too dry and monitor the temperature carefully.
